AR DUTIES:
1. Amongst other duties, an AR decides on things which he/she thinks are best for QYAO and specifically applicable for his/her AREA in a country. The AR is responsible for leading all people in that area in all there needs and queries. He/she must ensure exponential growth within QYAO.
