On 15th Nov 08, when majority of members tried to access their account in First-Zone.. the sites could not be accessed !!

First-Zone.com has been heavily abused by some non-ethical members sending us fraudulent and automated traffic, fraudulent clicks thru public proxies and traffic that our advertisers do not want to honor neither pay for it! We decided to temporarily stop the web site and put everything under investigation and review until further notice.
We have made each Member who has any funds in First-Zone partner on First-Zone Profits.
We did that because we have to do deep analysis of traffic fraud committed by Members (we don’t list them because of Privacy issues). Abusers will face charges but Privacy issues have to be respected.
Until the review is done Members will be share holders on Company profits. 1 share will be equal 1 dollar in Member’s account. We have over 2,500 accounts to review and determine fair and square which accounts are clean and which are connected to scammer accounts. Accounts listed above lost the funds and will be charged for fraudulent activities. All other Members please bare with us until review is over, you are now share holders on profit, we think this was fair to you instead of just let you waiting for your money. If Member has in the account total amount $3,105.00 that means he/she has 3105 shares on company profit.
All who won’t receive payout this month must know their accounts are under review because of few individuals abusing also other accounts to cover their own tracks. We have to determine the truth, because we have to present proof to other partners. Google.com © was one of the partners terminating agreement with us. All accounts on hold will be set as shareholders on Company profit, so that there won’t be any losses for anyone.
During analysis we’ll change the design and functionality of First-Zone, please don’t be alarmed everything will be OK just few technical and design changes.

No explanation has been given by FZ's Management or QYAO Management on the above matter.
Thus, from the above, it appears First-Zone :
a) Did not want to PAY for the members commission
b) First-Zone is a SCAM company
